vrabrato是什么意思？也许在字典里都找不到这个词。真怀疑他是不是呆在美国的？难道美国人是这么不重视词汇的吗？我终于有些了解为什么看不懂上面的评论了？不是能力有限，而是那评论的人english实在有问题。下面转为正题，我不介意别人怎么看陶的音乐，有褒当然就有贬了，可这个所谓的美国朋友的评论真的让人火大，什么harmony driven?谁不知道陶这方面要多强有多强？如果连陶都不行的话，又有什么人可以作出令他满意的音乐？还有就是他知道为什么陶不唱英文歌吗？我想他作这方面的歌，真的对他来说是个小case,就因为他是中国人，是唱给我们中国人听的，面对他不熟悉的中文，他都能每次作出让我们兴奋、激动的音乐，是需要多大的努力和用心，那个随意评论的人能了解吗？我们每次是看着别人喜欢的歌手已经以一年出3盘专辑的速度，而等待他的专辑却是要两年甚至是三年，为什么？只是因为我们喜欢他，我们信任他，我们相信他会给我们带来最好，我们最期待的音乐！！！！！！因为[em23][em23][em23][em23][em23][em23][em23][em23][em23][em23][em23]

其实很开心看到这里有反对的声音出现，至少看到了有人在人真的听陶喆的音乐。
而且，我作为斑竹也不希望看到大家的义愤填膺和相互漫骂。

那么，陶喆的音乐到底怎么样？这是个见仁见智的问题，不喜欢就不会到这里来，
楼主不也是转贴的吗？我要说，贴的好。
如果只看到陶喆fans一面的话题，不免让这个论坛有些偏激，
违背了当初客观看待陶喆的宗旨。

作为音乐的创作者和制造者，我觉得华人在诚意上不输给任何一个地方的人，
但是在嗓音上，不得不承认，国外乐手的确比华人更具有power和爆发力，
无论是早期的Whitney Huston，或者Destiny Child，抑或是新晋的Avril Leviegan
都具有惊人的嗓音爆发力，
这一点，即使华人中受称道的amei，也不及。
何况作为R&B这种本身就属于黑人音乐的音乐风格，陶喆的表现已经很棒了。

作为听惯了欧美流行乐的美国听友，有这样的观点容易理解。
但是陶喆的特点在于R&B于中国民乐的结合，使得两方面相得益彰，
这是我欣赏的音乐诚意。

望春风，是一首可称之为经典的改编歌曲，完美的没有瑕疵。
它的重点不在于人声的和音，而在于陶喆自己的声音表现，
和声只是作为陪衬，突出的仍然是陶喆主音的旋律，
这和一般的以和声见长的音乐是不一样的，不可作为比较。

批评的朋友，如果你懂中国民乐的话，
就会觉得望春风是一首如何经的起推敲的歌曲......

陶喆的音乐给那些“高手”听当然会有不少缺陷。我只能说我不是高手更不是专家，我只追寻透彻心扉的音乐。

顺便一提，我听到大卫 Tao's 王 Chun Feng 。。。

I give him credit for trying, but his voice frankly sucks ass.

His voice lacks the dynamics which is required to sing the really tough extreme notes. Especially at the end when he tried to do a little improv.  2. He doesn't do vrabrato... it makes is voice sound wispy and weak. Also it's a sign of lack of vocal training. (KTV influenced, because in KTV the reverb artificially simulates vrabrato so no one born on KTV ever does it... so sad.)  3. No bass/alto in his group instead there's an annoying purcushion. well....... what that guy said are RUBBISH !! wung chun feng is quite a smoothing song... there is no EXTREME notes in that song (as mention by that guy). By the way tell that F**king guy to shut his stinking mouth up!! he is OBVIOUSLY picking on DAVE !!
