The Village Sessions is an EP released by Blues-Rock artist John Mayer with collaborations from John Mayer Trio members Steve Jordan and Pino Palladino along with others such as Ben Harper, James Valentine (of Maroon 5), Ricky Peterson (of Mayer's touring band and former producer for Prince albums) and more. The 6 song EP contains demo, acoustic and alternate versions of songs found of Mayer's studio album Continuum and his Trio's live album Try!.
