My foreign teacher's comment about David's soul power concert
Hello, every one .I'm a student from gluet(Guilin University Of electronic technology 桂林电子科技大学）
Last week ,my oral English teacher ask me to recommend a good chinese music album to her,of course , as one of David's faithful fans,I told her to watch the soul power concert ,and I lent my dvd
to her.Here are some comments she gave me today:
"the concert is perfect.the handsome guy's voice is amazing,and he was very active he talked with the audiences ,and he gave a pretty good performance.Although I can't understand chinese ,I found
the melody of his songs beautiful.of all the songs I liked NO.2 (王八蛋），dear god and over the
rainbow .actually ,that song over the rainbow ,is originally from the movie" The wizard of OZ"
ps: She told me many thing about the movie "The wizard of OZ",it sounds pretty interesting ,
we'd better download it and watch it ,though it's a very old movie,and also ,she metioned that
David's songs resembles Jack Johnson's songs a little little bit,but she does't mean copying or any thing, after all,she's a fan of Jack Johnson.
