Dave asked the 2 DJs (one male & female) to teach him some Malay
phrases for him to use during the concert. He then followed to
praise the 2 DJs. The male DJ said that promoting David's music is
almost "obligatory" to them because they feel that David's music is
of such high standards (wow!)
Next, Dave repeated what he has been saying, i.e. he is least worried
abt the crowd reactions in KL & Taipei. He was initially worried abt
HK fans' reaction but after the 3-day concert, he felt they were
great.
Somehow, Dave then asked the female DJ to dance La Bamba during the
concert but she said she'd much rather sing Rasa Sayang. (And they
kept making jokes on this Rasa Sayang thingy throughout the interview)
Male DJ said the name of Dave's concert, i.e. "Soul Power" matches
the "Power of Music".
Dave commented that the performance & his feelings changes with each
place. and that in every performance, he & the whole concert
crew/band, will give everything they have. Also, he has recorded
some clips which will be shown as little surprises during the concert
<afternote by fei: during the HK concert, there was 2-3 segments of
video clips on Dave's sentiments on HK. very nice. so maybe he is
doing that for each of his concert tour stop??>
Female DJ says she wants to dance and Dave tells her you better stay
backstage otherwise no one will come attend my concert :)
