　　“黑眼豆豆”女主唱菲姬要向师姊关史蒂芬妮看齐，关史蒂芬妮原本也是“不要怀疑”的主唱，但单飞后的成绩比在乐团里还要好。菲姬本来在“黑眼豆豆”中就是“万绿丛中一点红”的唯一女主唱，被看好单飞后的声势应该不错，不过菲姬还是不忘老团员们，在她的第一首单曲“伦敦铁桥London Bridge”的音乐录影带里，还可以看到其他“黑眼豆豆”团员的身影，而且在录制专辑时，其他豆豆们也不忘拔刀相助。

　　菲姬首张个人专辑的风格和“黑眼豆豆”时期明显不同，她诚实地将自己的成长岁月，详实唱在歌曲里，像是菲姬不讳言，她曾经与帮派份子来往，也有过一段喀药的荒唐日子。但现在的菲姬已摆脱过去，在专辑里大力宣扬「女力”，要姊姊妹妹们站出来，在“London Bridge”的音乐录影带里，情节就描述菲姬跟一群女朋友们，把男士从夜店里拖出来改造外表。即使是单飞出辑，不过菲姬也得到昔日合作伙伴的帮助，“黑眼豆豆”团长威尔帮菲姬制作好几首歌，也献声跟她合唱。菲姬9岁出道当童星，21岁和另外两位女歌手合组“野兰花”合唱团，后因理念不合拆伙。2002年加盟“黑眼豆豆”并改名菲姬，声势更上层楼。
